What we collect
When you submit a quote, send us an email, or visit the site, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, the addresses involved in your move, and any details you share about the items being moved or the timeline. We collect anonymised analytics about how the site is used.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and run your move if it goes ahead. Quote correspondence is retained for the period set out in our retention policy; move records are retained for accounting and insurance purposes as required.
Who sees it
The partner running your move and the colleagues directly assisting them. We share information with carriers, customs agents, and insurers only when needed to complete your move. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of first-party cookies for site preferences (remembering that you have closed the cookie banner, for example) and an anonymised analytics cookie to understand traffic patterns. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner that appears on your first visit.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop processing it. Write to help@bromleyremovals.uk and we will respond promptly.
